About Chad Brazzeal
Chad Brazzeal is a full-time mediator and arbitrator. He is available for both in-person and remote/virtual (Zoom) mediations and arbitrations across the state of Florida.
Mr. Brazzeal is board certified in civil trial law. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation and has tried numerous cases to verdict. He now uses his litigation and courtroom experience to assist parties in resolving their dispute outside of the courtroom.
Mr. Brazzeal is available to help resolve a wide range of civil disputes including automobile accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, medical malpractice claims, commercial/business disputes, hurricane claims, and property damage disputes.
Experience
Mr. Brazzeal has been an attorney in Florida for over 19 years. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the State of Florida where he prosecuted criminal offenses in Collier County. He then joined a large insurance defense law firm where he defended healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation and Florida Department of Health investigations. Mr. Brazzeal later joined a large personal injury law firm with offices nationwide and became a partner in the South Florida office. While at the firm, he represented injured individuals and their families in several types of cases including medical malpractice, Engle tobacco litigation, automobile accident, premises liability, and wrongful death.
Recognition
Mr. Brazzeal is board certified by The Florida Bar in civil trial law. He has been “evaluated for professionalism and tested for expertise.” According to The Florida Bar:
